Jaime Villarreal, MD is a cardiovascular thoracic surgeon that performs surgery on adult patients normally referred by cardiologists, primary care physicians, and pulmonologists, who have performed appropriate testing and have determined the need for surgery.

Dr. Villarreal performs many services including, but not limited to; coronary artery bypass, carotid endarterectomy, thoracoscopy and bronchoscopy; along with newly added Vascular Lab Studies.

Dr. Villarreal has been practicing medicine since 1982 and has been in private practice since 2001. He has been practicing in Brownsville since 2003.

Edgar Moncada, MD is a general surgeon that performs surgery on adult & some pediatric patients normally referred by primary care physicians, and other specialists, who have performed appropriate testing and have determined the need for surgery.

Dr. Moncada performs many services including, but not limited to; hernia repairs, appendectomy, skin tag and mole removal, gall bladder removal and laceration repairs.

Dr. Moncada has been practicing medicine since 1993 and has been in private practice since 2003. He has been practicing in Brownsville since 2003.
