Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during normal business hours at (956) 350-3901.
New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration paperwork. You may download and complete our Patient Registration forms in advance. Please bring the completed forms and your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment.
Cancellations
To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Doing so will allow our office to make that appointment time available to others. Should you fail to reschedule and miss your appointment (3) three consecutive times, you will be discharged from the practice.
